Coffee Cherry Berry Pops
– Equipment needed: Ice Pop molds
• 1 cup mashed blackberries, fresh or frozen (if using frozen, thaw slightly for easier mashing)
• 3 cups Greek yogurt (use your favorite flavor!)
• 2 tablespoons honey
• 2 tablespoons Coffee Flour
- Mix together the mashed blackberries, yogurt. Fold in the honey and the Coffee Flour.
- Pour in to ice-pop molds, cover and insert sticks. Freeze until solid, at least 4 hours.
